A single Eevee can take form of Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon, and Many More. but as pokemon GO follows only 151 Pokemons discovered during time of Johto, So only 3 Eevee Evolutions are considered in the game.

• To get Flareon - Give nickname pyro
• To get Vaporeon - Give nickname Rainer
